The presentation model in pear wood depicts the residential ensemble in a deliberately restrained representation. The hand-crafted building volumes are complemented by milled exterior areas and trees made from acrylic glass. Coloured facade surfaces provide deliberate accents and support the spatial articulation of the architecture.
